• "ShambaBoy," "we," "us," "our" refers to ShambaBoy Digital.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any person accessing or using the Service.
• "Platform" means the ShambaBoy website, mobile app, and related tools.
• "Farmer," "Manager," "Worker" refer to user roles within the platform.

You must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts under Kenyan law
• Provide accurate registration information

Users must maintain confidentiality of login credentials and are responsible for activities under their account. Notify ShambaBoy immediately of unauthorized access. ShambaBoy is not liable for losses resulting from user negligence.

ShambaBoy provides a digital platform that may include farm task management, worker identity tracking, agricultural analytics, and access to funding opportunities.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You agree not to misuse the platform. You shall not:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Submit false or fraudulent information
• Interfere with platform security
• Upload malicious code
• Violate Kenyan law

Where paid services apply, fees will be communicated clearly. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. ShambaBoy may suspend services for non-payment. All transactions comply with Kenyan financial regulations.

All platform content is the property of ShambaBoy or its licensors and is protected under the Kenya Copyright Act, 2001.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify content without written permission.

ShambaBoy processes personal data in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their data subject to legal obligations.

The platform may integrate with third-party providers. ShambaBoy is not responsible for their availability or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted under Kenyan law, ShambaBoy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or farm production.

You agree to indemnify ShambaBoy against claims arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose legal or security risks.

Users may terminate their accounts by contacting support.

ShambaBoy shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, outages, or government actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation and, if unresolved, submitted to the courts of Kenya.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
